Can I contest a payment? What happen if it is wrong?
Transactions can be contested during the within 24 hours after your check-in has been done. Your credit card is only debited after these 24 hours. If you think there has been an error with your payment during the check-in, don’t hesitate to discuss it with the space manager when you’re at their space, or directly send them a message if they aren’t around! They will then be able to edit your transaction!
