I was charged the wrong amount by Copass. What do I do?
We definitely don’t want that to happen! If you see a charge on your statement from Copass that you do not recognize or that you are concerned about, please contact us and we’ll look into the matter for you right away! Transactions can be contested up to 24 hours after they were done, if you can contact us straight once you received the mistaken transaction email!
